China-Africa Entrepreneurs Economic and Trade Forum held in the Group.
On the afternoon of May 10, 2024, with the successful opening ceremony of the representative office of China-Africa Investment and Development Company Limited and the Federation of China-Africa Friendship Associations, the Sino-African Entrepreneurs Economic and Trade Forum was held in the conference room on the 5th floor of Zhenhuai Company. Li Pu, deputy general manager of Jiangsu Zhenhuai Construction Group, Hong Lizhi, deputy general manager of Jiangsu Zhenhuai Construction Group and chairman of China-Africa Investment and Development Co., LTD., attended the meeting. More than 10 representatives of units and enterprises, including Ashan Mubange, Chairman of the Federation of China-Africa Friendship Associations, Sulaiman Mubange, Chairman of the Future Capital Senegal Company, Shi Jianwei, Deputy Bureau of Huaian District Commerce Bureau, Li Tong, chairman of Huaian Fanzhisheng Yuanda Construction Industry Co., Ltd. were invited to attend the symposium. The meeting was presided over by Liu Xiaojing, director of Foreign trade Department of Huaian City Bureau of Commerce.
Hong Lizhi thanked the guests and enterprises at home and abroad for their long-term care and support to Zhenhuai Construction Group. Hong Lizhi explained at the symposium that the opening ceremony of the representative office of the China-Africa Investment and Development Co., Ltd. and the Federation of China-Africa Friendship Associations held in the morning is a major initiative of the Zhenhuai Group to implement the "one body and two wings" strategy of taking the project general contracting as the main body, doing better and stronger main business, taking investment development and international trade as the main direction, and expanding and extending the "one body and two wings" strategy to the high-end field of the value chain. We will rely on the new platforms of the Economic and Trade Representative Office of the Federation of China-Africa Friendship Associations and the China-Africa Investment and Development Company to optimize resource pooling and allocation, leverage our respective strengths, and actively cultivate the "experimental field" of China-Africa economic and trade cooperation.
At the symposium, Shi Jianwei, deputy director of Huaian District Commerce Bureau, analyzed and summarized the import and export situation of Huaian District's trade with Africa in the past year, pointing out that Huaian's trade with Africa has great room for progress in network market development, entity enterprise expansion, export commodity trade and other aspects. At the same time, the paper also shared and introduced the advantages and conditions of Huaian's local cultural characteristics, the construction of transportation hubs, and foreign trade exchanges and cooperation, and looked forward to a broader prospect of China-Africa trade cooperation in the future.
Asan Mubange, President of the Federation of China-Africa Friendship Associations, said that the investment and technical support of Chinese enterprises have played a positive role in promoting the economic and social development of African countries, and the establishment of the China-Africa Investment and Development Company Limited and the representative office of the Federation of China-Africa Friendship Associations has provided new development opportunities for China-Africa economic and trade cooperation, and the two sides should strengthen cooperation. Jointly promote the rapid development of multiple industries and fields.
At the symposium, the participating entrepreneurs had in-depth exchanges and speeches on topics such as the company's business products, the African sales region, the main methods and ways to obtain orders from Africa, the main problems encountered in the process of product export, and the plans to develop the African market in the next step.
Xu Xiaoxiao, sales manager of Jiangsu Tongrun International Trade Co., LTD., exchanged the company's experience in customized production of products, and exchanged experience in logistics transportation, commodity warehousing, product packaging and other aspects. The next step is to integrate into the platform of China-Africa Investment and Development Co., Ltd. to achieve mutual benefit and win-win results.
Chen Cuicui, sales manager of Jiangsu Jindan Textile Co., LTD., put forward opinions on the demand space of end customers for some products in Africa, and discussed the non-trade cycle and capital return.
Dong Chao, administrative commissioner of Jiangsu Co-create Artificial Turf Co., LTD., shared the successful cases of the company in the African trade market with the entrepreneurs at the symposium and introduced the main channels for African order signing.
The symposium provided an opportunity for the participating entrepreneurs and businessmen to exchange views on China-Africa trade cooperation. They spoke their minds freely and explored the potential business opportunities of China-Africa cooperation, laying a solid foundation for future joint economic and trade cooperation, innovating cooperation methods, expanding cooperation areas and achieving win-win development.
