In the golden autumn of October, fruitful results abound. On October 26, 2020, the "Zhongyifeng Cup" Jiangsu Province Construction BIM Technology Application Vocational Skills Competition was held in Suzhou, and Jiangsu Zhenhuai Group participated in the competition as a representative team of Huai'an City.
This competition is sponsored by the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Housing and Urban Rural Development, the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, the Jiangsu Provincial Federation of Trade Unions, and the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Education. It is organized by the Suzhou Housing and Urban Rural Development Bureau, and co organized by Zhongyifeng Construction Group Co., Ltd. Technical support is provided by the Jiangsu Provincial Construction Education Association, Autodesk Software (China) Co., Ltd., and the Suzhou Artificial Intelligence and Big Data Industry Alliance Construction Technology Special Committee, BIMBANK provides media support.
BIM technology is a cutting-edge technology in the construction industry informatization. It integrates building information, parameters, time, and other data into 3D model components, allowing each component of the model (BIM operation and maintenance) to carry relevant information. It not only solves the problem and risk of consistency in computer graphics, elevation, section, and transparency in the past, but also avoids repetitive waste in the entire building process. Its promotion and application will effectively improve work efficiency, reduce costs, shorten project cycles, greatly improve the management efficiency and efficiency of construction projects, and play an increasingly important role in the smooth implementation of construction projects. The construction of BIM talents is also becoming increasingly important.
This competition brought together 65 participants from 13 representative teams across the province to participate in an exciting and intense BIM professional skills competition. Under the leadership of Lu Xiaotong, Director of the Construction Industry Development Department of the Huai'an Housing and Urban Rural Development Bureau, the Group Technology Management Center has selected five contestants, Shen Xiangyu, Yuan Hai, Liu Wei, Zhang Heng, and Hu Rui, to achieve excellent results through long-term knowledge accumulation and outstanding performance.
