In order to implement the spirit of the recent central, provincial and municipal safety work conference, summarize the safety work of the Group in the first half of the year, and deploy the safety work task in the second half of the year, the Group held a safety work meeting in the report hall of Building 3 on the morning of June 7.
The meeting was attended by the person in charge of each department (institute), the person in charge of the overseas company, all the staff of the engineering department, the person in charge of the project, the project production manager, the project safety officer and other relevant personnel.
Group deputy secretary of the Party committee, general manager Ji Guijin, executive deputy general manager Ding Guanghui, deputy secretary of the Party Committee, union chairman Zhang Hanwen, chief engineer, safety director Wang Xiaoqiu and other leaders attended the meeting. The meeting was chaired by Deputy General Manager Hong Lizhi.
At the meeting, Yang Qiwei, the project manager of the middle school of Huaian Branch of Jinling Middle School, and Zhu Chuanhuai, the project supervisor of 2#, 3#, 4# high-standard warehouse construction project, as representatives, combined with the actual project, shared the experience and practice of safety production management to the meeting. Including the implementation of safety production responsibility, safety education and training activities, safety risk investigation and management and other aspects of specific measures and effects, for the Group project safety management to provide useful reference.
Deputy General Manager Hong Lizhi summarized the group's production safety work from January to May, he pointed out that in the past five months, the Group has achieved remarkable results in production safety through the implementation of strict safety management system, regular safety inspection and safety training and the joint efforts of all employees. While affirming the achievements, Hong Lizhi stressed that the work of safety is always on the road, we must remain highly vigilant, and there can be no paralysis and fluke. For the next stage of work, Hong Lizhi required: each project department should strengthen the implementation of safety production responsibilities, do a good job in safety production education, carefully investigate and manage safety hazards, strengthen the implementation of safety measures during the special period, increase safety inspections and inspections, ensure safe production, and lay a solid foundation for the healthy development of the group.
At the meeting, Wang Xiaoqiu, the chief engineer and safety director of the Group, combined with specific cases, gave a class on construction safety production from a professional perspective for the participants, analyzed the current situation of safety production in the construction industry, faced up to the outstanding problems existing in the current safety management of construction engineering, summarized experience, learned lessons, and took active and effective measures to effectively do the safety work of the group.
Before the end of the meeting, general manager Ji GUI Jin made a concluding speech. Ji Guijin stressed that safety in production is the top priority of the development of the group, and we must always tighten the string of safety in production and resolutely overcome paralysis and fluke. Each project department should thoroughly implement a series of decisions and deployments of the central and local governments on production safety, strengthen the investigation and management of daily safety hazards, and ensure that the work of production safety is implemented.
Ji Guijin pointed out that production safety is the lifeline of the development of the group, and the project departments should deeply study and implement the important discussion and instruction spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping on production safety, adhere to the people first and life first, and effectively enhance the sense of responsibility and mission of production safety.
Finally, on how to further do the group's safety work in the future, Jiguijin put forward three requirements: first, deepen the red line awareness, build a strong safety defense line, and integrate the red line awareness of safety production into the blood; Second, strengthen responsibility, ensure that the responsibility to the people, establish a sound production safety responsibility system; The third is to strengthen safety training, improve emergency response capabilities, and let on-site personnel master emergency response methods.
